At BISWA DESIGN, we are committed to delivering high-quality architectural and design services with complete professionalism and transparency. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, plans, or digital design packages through our website, you agree to the following Return and Refund Policy.

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services including 2D floor planning, 3D elevation design, interior concepts, architectural consultation, structural drawings, furniture layouts, and related design solutions, all payments made to BISWA DESIGN are generally non-refundable once the project work, consultation process, drafting, or digital design development has started.

For subscription-based services, clients may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. However, payments already processed for the current subscription period will not be refunded partially or fully. Access to subscribed services and deliverables will continue until the active subscription period expires.

Refund requests may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including duplicate payment transactions, technical payment errors, or inability to initiate the agreed service from our side within a reasonable timeframe. Any approved refund will be processed solely at the discretion of BISWA DESIGN after internal review and verification.

Clients are requested to carefully review project requirements, service details, pricing, timelines, and deliverables before making payment. Minor variations in design concepts, rendering styles, colors, materials, dimensions, or visual presentation shall not be considered valid reasons for refund claims, as architectural and creative services involve conceptual interpretation and customization.

In cases where a project is paused, delayed, or canceled by the client after work has commenced, BISWA DESIGN reserves the right to retain the amount corresponding to work completed, consultation hours, planning, revisions, and architectural effort already invested in the project.

Any refund approved by BISWA DESIGN will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

BISWA DESIGN reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
